Are your products authentic?

Yes, all our products are guaranteed and kept “fresh” by maintaining low inventory. We source our products directly imported from reputable agents / distributors to ensure their authenticity. We stand behind the quality and authenticity of every item we sell.

What is mean by tester perfume?

A "tester" refers to a version of a perfume that is used for demonstration and display purposes in store. Testers are typically the same fragrance as the retail version but comes in simple packaging without retail packaging, come with or without caps.

Is tester perfume can being use?

Yes, testers can be used just like regular retail perfumes. They contain the same fragrances as the retail version.

What is mean by vial perfume?

A vial perfume refers to a small container or bottle of perfume, typically used for sampling or travelling. These vials are often small in size and can hold a small amount of fragrance, usually enough for a few applications. Vial perfumes are convenient for testing out a fragrance before purchasing a larger bottle.

Can I cancel or modify my order after payment has been made?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order after payment with in 1hr time frame. During promotion period, all purchases items are final cannot be canceled or exchanged.

What happened if we fail to cancel the order within specified time frame?

If you do not cancel your order within the specified time frame, it may have already been processed and shipped. In this case, you would need to wait for the order to be delivered. Additional return shipping cost will be paid by customer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our shipping service are exclusively available within Singapore. Currently we do not offer international shipping.

Is in store pick up available?

Yes, we offer store pick up is available during specific time frames designated by our store.

What should I do if I'm not available at home during the time of delivery?

We will make every effort to deliver your package. if you're not available we'll arrange for a re-delivery. However, for the second attempt, a re-delivery fee may be charged.
